Oriental Circus Indonesia
Two weeks ago we went to Puri Indah. Initially we planned to go Puri Indah Mall, but when we saw the Circus tent in front of this mall, we changed our destination instantly.
Oriental Circus Indonesia is unique as it was established by Indonesian Air Force for political reason, around 40 years ago. It is now run by the Cooperative of Indonesian Air Force (not sure whether this is the correct translation).
The show in Puri Indah Mall will run until April 11 and then they will move to Summarecon Serpong. The tickets are reasonably priced, ranging from IDR 25k (ca USD 2.2) to IDR 150k (ca USD 12) per person. The shows were pretty much standard in my opinion. There were acrobatics, clowns, animal shows, and dancing. However the performance was terrific and perfectly executed. In overall, it was very entertaining and worth the money.
When in Jakarta, most of the entertainments you can find are available in malls, buildings, and cafe. Hence, Circus is definitely a refreshing option and a must go.

1. “VIP nih ye” kaya ga masuk ke tema foto2 laennya
2. Untuk “Trapezze” kalau warnanya jangan two-tone gitu gimana? Soalnya jadi ga jelas antara background sama orang2nya.
