Menteng Foodstalls (Near Formule Hotel)
Last week I went to this place with Toni and Juin. They brought their families as well so it was really fun, more like a family picnic. The foods were good and reasonably cheap (they have to!) and the people there were nice. Oh, it’s also safe.
After we made our orders, we scrambled to take pictures. Toni went for food, Juni for roads, signs, and buildings, and me for people. Here are some nice pics:

The best of all, is the “official” street musician in that area. They’re very good, escpecially with 70-80s songs, so don’t forget to bring your parents or grandparents here.
These are the parking guys and they keep your motorcycles safe. The guy in the middle apparently knows Photography a lot because he used to work in a photography studio. He’s quite friendly and feel free to ask him posing in your photos. He recommended a good tattoo artist around that area which opens only at night and also informed me that the best time to come to Menteng foodstalls is after midnight when the bar girls and the drunk partygoers are coming after parties
